Returns & Exchanges Policy — Sit Stay Studio
We want you to love your Sit Stay Studio order! Please read below for full details on returns, refunds, and what to do if something's wrong.
Made-to-Order Items
Every item at Sit Stay Studio is printed specifically for you at the time of purchase — nothing is held in stock. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please check our sizing chart carefully before ordering, as we're unable to offer refunds for sizing issues once an order has been placed.
No Physical Returns Required
Because every item is made to order, we don't require you to mail anything back to us. If there's an issue with your order, we resolve it through photos and a replacement or refund — you won't need to pay for return shipping or send the item anywhere.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Please contact us at sitstaystudio1@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue (damage, misprint, wrong item, etc.)
Once verified, we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to send the original item back.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, reach out and we'll look into it on your behalf.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to issue refunds for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately after ordering — we may be able to correct it before production begins, but can't guarantee changes once an order has entered production.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Replacement items are reprinted and shipped following our standard processing and shipping timelines.
